Time Constant

Besides the timed functions there is further special kind of functions occurring so often in a problem specification that it gets its own name: time constants. A time constant is a function that represents exactly one element of the domain TIME. Thus, in the following example Time Constant durWinOpen is an abbreviation for Function durWinOpen $()
\rightarrow$ TIME.
