Global Signature

The global signature at the beginning of a problem specification is a description class that contains only the SIGNATURE section. The difference to other description classes is that the designations introduced in the global signature are visible for all other description classes. Hence, in a global signature such designations are introduced that can not be assigned to only one specific part of a system.
