Description Class OccDelayTimes

INTENTION

This class provides all definitions to describe the values of the three time delays dt₁, dt₂, dt₃, (see description class NoMalfunctionOccupancy) used to determine occupancy for the temperature control.

The values of the three time delays depend on the inputs given by a user and the facility manager. These time delays can be set for different expected usage profiles of an area (see description class TemperatureCtrlPanel).

This description class OccDelayTimes provides a general frame to deal with the three time delays in a common setting.
